Background:
Guar Gum is extracted from the endosperm of the seed of Cyamopsis tetregonolobus. It is mainly found in North - West of India and Pakistan. India and Pakistan mainly covers the total requirement of international consumers. The plant are mainly grown from July to December, Availibility always depends on the quality of the monsoon during this period. The Guar seed consists of three parts : the germ, the endosperm and the husk. Guar Gum is derived from the endosperm of the seed.

Saahil Organics offers Guar Gums of variable grades for different uses.
Guar Gum is prepared from Guar Seed of best available quality from North - Western side of India. Guar split is extracted from Guar seed by roasting and cracking of seed. This Guar split is further flaked and pulverized in continuous plant made of stainless steel and in sterilized atmosphere. It is natural product with no additives.

USES
- Bakery-based continuesly products etc.
- Dairy-ice cream sharbets,cheese etc.
- Dressings, Sauces, Ketchups, etc.
- Beverages-Chocolate drinks, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics, as binder/thickner.
- It is used in Textile sizing as well as thickner for textile printing.
- Clay/Talc Depressant-Flotation, Flocculant-Mineral processing.
- In Oil-Well drilling.
- It is also used as/in paper adhesives, explosives, plywood and match boxes.
